We are hiring
across four roles.
Small team, real work, no theater. Every role here is the same job in different clothes: take the six systems a business runs on — its website, its phones, its reviews, its customer list, its ads, its content — and build the layer that connects them and keeps them getting better. If you are good and you want to be judged on what you got done rather than hours logged, we should talk.
What each one actually does.
Sales
You will get an owner to tell you the truth about their business in twenty minutes — what the ads cost, who answers the leads, what happens at 9pm on a Saturday. Then you recommend the one thing that pays back fastest, even when it is not the biggest sale. It is a conversation, not a script, and you will know their numbers cold: what a customer costs them and what one is worth.
Web Designer
You will build sites that turn visitors into phone calls, not portfolios that win awards. Built for the phone first, because that is where the customer is. Built so Google — and whatever people are asking questions of this year — can read it and point people at it. And wired into the rest of the system, so a form fill is answered in under a minute instead of landing in an inbox nobody opens. Craft matters here, and so does the number at the end.
Media Buyer
You will run client ad accounts on their own budgets — Facebook and Google, real budgets. Campaigns built to what a customer is actually worth rather than to what is fashionable this quarter, and every booked appointment reported back to Facebook and Google, so they go looking for more people like the ones who actually booked. You are measured on booked appointments, not clicks, and not names on a list. If a channel stops paying, you are the one who says so first.
AI Systems Builder
You will build the AI employees that answer leads in under a minute, work lists that have gone cold, and book appointments — connected to all six of the client's systems. Prompt craft, integrations that do not break at 2am, and guardrails that hold: what it must never answer, and when to hand a human the call. This is the part everything else in the company is built on.
Who we’re looking for
Self-starting, energetic people who can manage themselves and work remotely. Send your resume and a short Loom video so we can get to know you a little before we jump on a Zoom call.
